Jake Gardner – A Social Justice Open and Shut Case

Jake Gardner, shot and killed James Scurlock, in an open and shut case of self-defense, caught on camera, on May 30th, 2020 in Omaha Nebraska.

How can I say it was open and shut? Because that’s what actually happened. The County prosecutor, Don Kleine, who later had his spine surgically removed, announced in less than 36 hours after the May 30th incident that no charges would be levied against Gardner – period. And actually it could have taken all of about an hour to watch the video evidence and decide Gardner’s fate.

You may scroll down and watch the video evidence that clearly shows Gardner was in fact the victim. It is embedded at the very end of my Audio Article. And while you’re watching – especially any leftists – ask yourself honestly – what you would have done differently? And don’t just say – “Well I wouldn’t have had a gun.” If Gardner was unarmed he would have likely been beaten to death by the mob right then and there.

But Gardner did have a gun and was white, so of course it didn’t end there. It couldn’t in today’s upside down, inside out America. Nope – justice no longer has a place in America. Social justice – getting even – exacting revenge for the evils of a relative few white folks perpetrated on blacks several hundred years ago, is the only justice allowed.

After the mob demanded social justice, Kleine reversed course and like the pansy that he evidently is, passed the buck to a special prosecutor and grand jury so he could wash his little girly hands of any responsibility. What a stand up guy. He’s the kind of guy you want watching your back.

This should be everyone’s overarching concern – that social justice is the only consideration in today’s America. And we all know – there’s no greater use – no higher good than using the fair and impartial justice system to exact revenge. That’s always going to end well.

Now Jake Gardner is dead because of just one thing – the demand of the unhinged mob that social justice be served.

And what is social justice again? Think of it this way. Social justice is to democracy as justice is to republicanism.

Why do you think we never – and I mean never hear a leftist describe our country as anything but a democracy instead of what it is, a republic.

Justice, true justice, comes from republicanism – representatives of the whole of the people, make law, and other representatives of the people carry out and prosecute those laws. The people are then protected from the mob by those laws.

Social justice is true democracy, where the mob decides what is right and wrong and that their wishes be carried out, in the heat of the moment. Law or no law, it is whatever the mob demands at the time.

And that’s what we saw play out in Omaha, and why Scurlock is dead and why Gardner took his own life. And it’s going to continue to happen as the mob becomes more emboldened – convinced that like County prosecutor Kleine, any spineless politician or “public servant” can be bullied into caving to their whims.

And that’s what happened to Gardner, the former Marine. He saw the balance of his life flash before his eyes and it was beyond misery.

In short, Gardner took his own life because he could see the writing on the wall – that he first had no chance at receiving any actual fair and equal treatment under the law and second, once convicted, which was a 100% certainty, he would be placed in a prison of the social justice warriors’ choosing and would suffer a fate worse than death, because that’s what the thug mob would demand.

Going forward, the moral of this tragic story is, if you live in or around a city in America, any city, and you’re white, and not an anemic little Antifa thug, this can happen to you. It doesn’t matter whether you have a weapon or not. It won’t matter if you do or don’t say anything as a riotous mob strolls by.

If they decide to target you, you’re potentially toast – in that moment or after the fact.
