White Guy Hired – Black Guy isn’t – Must be Racism

Oh, here we go again. The white guy gets hired in the National Football League before the black athlete.

I mean, how often have we seen that? All the time, right? How about almost never. But because it’s happening this time, it must be racism.

That’s the only answer. It’s systemic, automatic, systematic, emblematic, enigmatic, rythmatic, aerobatic – oh sorry. Got carried away – thought I was part of the Jackson Five singing, “Dancin Machine.” But I can’t really do that because that would cultural appropriation. Whitey just can’t win.

Speaking of whitey can’t win, Tim Tebow is once again being trashed. Yes, one of the nicest guys to don a helmet is being trashed because he is being offered a shot to get back into the NFL and poor old, put-upon Colin Kaepernick is still unemployed. Boo frickin hoo.

Never mind that teams won’t touch Kaepernick, not because he’s black, but because he’s a disruptive, whiney pain in the butt. Oh, and he sucks to boot.

But of course, facts never matter with something like this. The fact that no one wants this jerk Kaepernick in their locker room is beside the point. It all comes down to the racist NFL, which is about 70% black.

Outrage erupts over Tim Tebow’s likely NFL return; critics allege racism because Colin Kaepernick not signed

Tim Tebow’s likely return to the NFL has ignited a new controversy after angry fans voiced frustration that Tebow is receiving another shot in the big leagues while Colin Kaepernick remains sidelined.

What are the details?

Multiple reports indicated that Tebow is expected to sign a one-year contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the coming days. Tebow, a former NFL quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner, will play the tight end position.

Tebow, 33, also will reunite with coach Urban Meyer. The pair won two college football national championships while at Florida in 2006 and 2008.

“The #Jaguars are planning to sign QB-turned-TE Tim Tebow to a 1-year deal, per me and @TomPelissero, a deal that could be official in the next week or so. Nothing done yet. But he’ll have a chance to make the team to reunite with his mentor and college head coach Urban Meyer,” NFL reporter Ian Rapoport tweeted.
